It’s time for yet another scavenger hunt! My goodness, days just flies by! This week I got the wonderful opportunity to go visit a kennel with A. This owner has six dogs of our favorite breed ever, Samoyeds. If you don’t know this breed, you really should! I don’t know anyone who doesn’t like or is afraid of Samoyeds. If you love Huskies, you’ll most likely love Sammies too. I will tell you more about the trip to this kennel shortly, but my interpretation of this week’s scavenger hunt is inspired by the lovely loving Sammies.
1. Peace

This lovely bunch lives at peace with one another. Upon arrival, they were all jumping on us, running around, barking – what have you. After the initial reaction, they calmed down, and they were so peaceful! They get away with the naughty behavior because they are so friggin’ adorable! And who could not forgive when they smile like that ;-)
2. Fast
Samoyeds are actually really fast! I’d try to take a picture, and they would have moved already. They have energy for days, you’ll never get bored with them!
3. Plain

This handsome little fella just wanted to have a little photo session with me! Just plain smile after rolling around on the ground. This is a typical look of a Sammy.
4. Left

This is more in the middle kind of picture but you can see the Sammy mainly on the left ;-). I had to be really quick to get this photo as she only stayed like that for a second until she wanted to go check out what the others were doing!
5. Shine

These two are enjoying the sun, the fun, the playing, the barking and they’re always so happy-go-lucky! I truly love that, and love them!
If you want to see and read more of the trip to Samoyed kennel, please keep coming back to check out when I’ve written more about it. I loved this trip, it truly made it worthwhile. Such a magical trip for me. The love Sammies give is something very special! There is no other breed like Samoyeds!
Next week’s items are travel, silly, black & white, spots, paper.

SOOOOOO adorable, lovely pups and great pix. I like your interpretation of this Sundays Scavenger Hunt.
What are these dogs lovely !!! You can see how much fun they have! I really love them!! XXX And also beautiful pictures of them.
They indeed have fun everyday and they take you on their fun ride with them. Thank you! :)
The dogs are so lovely! Great interpretations. :)
Thank you!
I actually had a Samoyed when I was much younger. She was beautiful – but a handful, so I adopted her out to friends who had a farm – she was in heaven. Beautiful animals.
They are a handful, yes. That is why it is very important that you research the breed thoroughly and try to meet one if possible.
These are great. You have a beautiful dog.
These aren’t my dogs. These six dogs live in a very lovely home we got to visit this weekend! :)
Delicious pictures, I love those dogs.
I love how you used one subject to get all the prompts AND, since I love dogs, I was all the more taken in. Being here was a good start to my day. All the best, Dawn
Thank you for stopping by! Since the visit to see those lovely doggies, I haven’t been able to get them off my mind! ;)
They are beautiful dogs! And so white. I’ve never heard of this breed. All great photos and interpretations!
They truly are! Many people haven’t heard of the breed… :)
My heart was stolen the first time I ever met one!!
Such gorgeous photo subjects – great shots!
Thanks! :)
Beautiful pups!
Thanks for stopping by and leaving a sweet comment. Love your Samoyed themed hunt finds. The first dog we had when I was a kid was a Samoyed named Chichako . . . Chico for short. Our neighbours down the lane were the owners and when they had to move and couldn’t take her with them. They gave her to my brother who had fallen in love with her.
Sammies are a lovely breed, aren’t they? Now, I wouldn’t want any other breed. They fully have my heart! :)
Those dogs are so freaking cute! Great set :)
Thank you! They were so lovely to visit! Such cuddle bugs, playful and energetic!
Great captures. They are such beautiful dogs.
beautiful pups interpretating the prompts perfectly!!
thanks for leaving your kind comment at “it’s all about purple”!!
Aww thank you! The doggies were a blast! It wasn’t until that trip that I wanted to focus my hunt on these gorgeous creatures!
You’re welcome and thank You for stopping by on mine! :)
Happy dogs for sure, thanks for visiting.
Such sweet shots – I think my favorite is fast.
Aw, great shots ;) Woof!
AAAhhhh! I want one! or five! These are such great photos of such beautiful pups! My favorites are peace -i want to just hug them all, and fast -because you were able to catch a great expression on his furry face. Nice photos! Will you pass on that I am available to dog sit, and am willing to travel? ;D
When you cuddle one, another doggy comes… or three. They’re just the cuddliest and sweetest dogs! They can be a handful but it is so rewarding though! Haha, you’d come all the way to Bulgaria just to dog sit? (Of course, depending on where you live!) ;D
Such pretty shots of the beautiful ‘beasts’. My neighbor has one. His name is Bear. They are fast!
They do remind a little bit of bear, or a teddy bear ;)
They are beautiful dogs! You really captured their beauty and their personality!!
Thank you! :)
Wonderful and Delightful series for the prompts with these gorgeous dogs. I owned an American Eskimo which is very similar to the Samoyed (smaller) and he was just a fabulous dog. Lived to be nearly 16 before we had to put him down. Thanks for sharing these, it brought back wonderful memories.
I don’t think I’ve heard of American Eskimo. Samoyeds have the best personality in my opinion :)
Such great photos.. Your dogs look so happy! How fun to find all the prompts with them..
Unfortunately they’re not mine but a friend of mine who we happened to visit this past weekend!
